An official X/Twitter account opened on Friday to announce that creator Eroki and artist Shinko Konoshiro‘s Ushiro no Shōmen Kamui-san (Kamui-San Straight Behind You) manga is getting a tv anime in summer season 2026. WWWave Company‘s Deregula anime label is producing the anime. The account unveiled a brand and shared commemorative illustrations from the unique creator and artist:

The story follows Shizuka, a highschool woman who can see ghosts. She works as an assistant to the well-known psychic Kamui, who has an uncommon technique for exorcism.
Eroki and Konoshiro debuted the manga in March 2020 on Shogakukan‘s Manga ONE app. Shogakukan revealed the manga’s eleventh compiled ebook quantity on August 8.
